$Текст автора відеоПацієнтка з м. Харкова 75 років: Первиний біліарний цироз печінки. Синдром портальної гіпертензії - варикозно розширені вени стравоходу 2 ст (фото 1), Портально-гіпертензивна гастропатія, спленомегалія. На гастроскопії виявили поверхневу неоплазію н\3 тіла шлунка тип 0-2а+с, з чіткою демаркаційною лінією, попердня гістологія Дискегезивний рак шлунка G3, перегляд в CSD діагноз підтвердився але потрібно більш розширена гістологія для більш точнішого морфологічного діагнозу. Пацієнтці призначена МСКТ - окрім синдорому портальної гіпертнезії нічого особливого. Звернулись за консультацією - призначив ЕУС - де вияв потовщення слизової оболонки шлунка в місті ураження, та збережений прошарок між 3 та 4 ехо-шаром. Враховуючі супутню патологію пацієнтка від запропонованою онколагами гастректомії відмовилась, хіміотерапія протипоказана. Вирішили провести ендоскопічне лікування методом ESD.
